Good afternoon, Region Leaders,

Our next region meeting is on Wednesday, March 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. I have attached an agenda for you to review.

Let me know what you think of this plan and if you would like any modifications! Do you want a whole hour with your regions? Or 30 minutes? We can revise. As region leader, you can choose the topics that are discussed during the 9-10 a.m. hour. However, we would like all regions to discuss the question What are some challenges your agency has faced around diversity, equity and inclusion? in anticipation of our upcoming DEI Summit. After the meeting, please send me a recap of the challenges and ideas that are discussed. Please also include any resources that may be requested by our members. This will help guide us as we talk to our speakers for the DEI Summit.

I hope to open registration by next Tuesday so if you could respond by Tuesday, February 23 at noon, that would be wonderful. Could you also please let us know if you intend on having a change in officers?
