I have been tasked with developing a leadership recruitment plan for MHCA Regions. While I have a plan pulled together, I thought it would be best to gather some ideas from you – the current Region leadership! If you have a moment or two to respond, I would greatly appreciate it.

1. How did you come to be in your position as a Region leader (were you recruited by a past leader, MHCA staff, other)?
2. Do you have a succession plan for your Region?
3. How are new leaders identified in your Region?
4. How can MHCA help you fill vacancies?
