I just posted the Regulatory Affairs position and didn't intend to surprise some of the board members.  The Executive Committee and Joy are aware that Paulette has resigned, effective June 30.

Joy concurred that posting the position now would give her a better chance of getting someone on board. I committed to helping her with the screening process as this position is unique and she is not yet oriented to home care.
