I attended the "Making it Real: Helping Home Health Agencies Put the Final Rule into Action" at the Fall Conference. I am not able to attend the 2 other options.

We fully recognize that our members need education/training on PDGM. While it was covered at the Fall Conference, we know many didn’t attend and even those that did may need more insight to the changes. Yesterday’s Informer included information including three different FREE webinars on the topic. We are seeking input from a few of our teams and the Board.

We are hoping that you will be able to listen in on one of these three offerings. If you are able to, could you please let Melissa know:

  1. How much more PDGM education is needed for our members? 1 hour, 2-4 hours, full day? (This could be answered whether you listen in on a webinar or not.)
  2. If you listen to one of the webinars listed in the Informer (and included below for your convenience), which one and would you recommend the speaker?

The list of webinars is also below:

The CY 2019 Medicare Home Health Final Rule – Webinar (FREE for NAHC members, $100 for non-members), Thursday, November 8th, 2-3:30 p.m.  Presented by William A. Dombi , Esq., President, National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC), and Mary Carr , Vice President for Regulatory Affairs, NAHC

PDGM Readiness. The Journey Begins – FREE webinar, Tuesday, November 20th, noon. Presented by Gina Mazza, Fazzi Associates

MAKING IT REAL: Helping Home Health Agencies Put the Final Rule Into Action FREE Webinar, Wednesday, November 28th, 11 a.m. – noon. Presented by William J. Simione, III, Managing Principal, and Julia H. Maroney, RN, MHSA, HCS-D, COS-C, Director, Simione Healthcare Consultants -This is the same session that we had at the Fall Conference.

Thank you in advance for your time and input!
