Greetings,

The packet for next week’s meeting is uploaded to the portal. A couple of items to make note of:

• We are meeting on the City Side of the convention center. If you walk from the hotels, you enter on the Harbor Side and will follow signs to City Side. If you drive and park, you will enter on the City Side. The board meeting is on the skyway level in the Board Room (City Side).
• We will be dining at JJ Astor. Please let me know by Monday if you are NOT attending the dinner.
• The restaurant is walking distance through the skyway from the DECC. We can take the skyway back as far as the DECC and then walk to the evening function at The INN (20 minute walk in total). You are welcome to leave items locked up in our staff room at the DECC and can retrieve them in the morning. We will not have access to that after dinner. Of course, you can choose to park at the DECC – it’s $5.
• Please bring your PAC items to the board meeting and staff will take them to the Expo Hall.
• I will provide a tour of the meeting space during our meeting.
