Subject: PAC Donations Needed

I’m making a final ask for PAC Silent Auction and Wall of Wine donations. Typically we have heard from several donors by now. At this point, our confirmed items include a basket coming from each of the 7 regions and a few items from me. You may bring your item(s) with you to the board meeting on Tuesday  – although it’s helpful if Annie can prepare the contribution forms in advance. Please complete one donation form (attached) for each item (except the wine….you can write all of the bottles on one form) and send it to axiong@mnhomecare.org by Friday. I will have extra forms at the board meeting also.

Please Note: the PAC board decided to have two pricing levels for the wine this year. We are asking for the value because wine that cost $15 or less will be sold for $15 and more expensive wine will be sold for $25 this year.

Please consider donating wine and/or a silent auction item – let’s set an example for MHCA members!
