Sorry for the confusion. I realized when I did it, NAHC had only populated the Senators that already signed the letter to CMS. Sen Klobuchar did not – I think due to her prepping for CNN at the time!! I have reached out to her staff, in hopes she’ll do this one. Feel free to send her a direct email.

NAHC received a request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) that they would like to hear from Senators about withdrawing the HHGM policy proposal. OMB has been working in conjunction with CMS on the proposed payment rule and HHGM. NAHC has been, and will continue to reach out to Senate offices asking them to contact OMB, but many have said they want to hear from their constituents before they make the call.
