10/24 Workshop: Understanding the Comprehensive Rule and Survey Findings
Adherence to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) home care licensure rules require an in-depth understanding of agency policies, and procedures that reflects best practices within the scope of one’s practice. This learning session will peel back the particulars
of the licensure rules by building upon the foundation of the client’s bill of rights. Additionally, a review of the most recent MDH survey findings will be reviewed and discussed.

“I encourage all agencies that have a MDH comprehensive home care license or are considering applying for one to attend this workshop. We’ll take a deep dive into
the MDH rules and provide suggestions on how your agency policies and procedures should adhere to them. We will provide a review of the top ten most recently cited deficiencies along with preventative measures. This workshop is primarily intended for agencies
that are licensed (or seeking license) only. It’s going to be a great day, I hope to see you there!”, Lores Vlaminck, MA, BSN, RN, CHPN
