I drafted the budget timeline for this year and recommend that we hold the board retreat the week of Sept 18^th rather than October. I will ask Annie to send you a tentative meeting invite for the full days of Sept 18 – 21. If you would please hold them open until we confirm a date and venue, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Also, one very reasonable option for us is a conference room in one of the Duluth hotels that we’ll be utilizing for the Annual Meeting next year. I could arrange a conference center tour for you also – and give you a feel for next year. Please let me know ASAP if this peaks your interest or if you’d prefer a resort setting.
