The Board Retreat will be Sept 29-30 at Rutgers. We have reserved rooms for all of you (Thursday night). If you are NOT able to attend and/or don't need a room, please let me know by Sept 7 as attrition (penalty for not using all rooms) is a part of this contract. 

Secondly, we have an option of using their fire pit for a bonfire Thursday eve. Does anyone else enjoy a bonfire like I do? If so, we'll add that to our order - and we can chat around the bonfire. Please let me know your preference on this by Sept 7 also.
