Sounds like inconsistent messaging from Arrowwood. I had no problem making lodging reservations Sunday or today. We should probably circle back to them!

Hi Kathy,

When I contacted the resort for lodging it sounded like the resort was already full 8 weeks ago and those wanting to attend were going to have to make lodging reservations off site.  If that is correct some regular participants may find it inconvenient.
