The data guru at LeadingAge was able to help us find access to dual eligibility data. MN does NOT have a higher prevalence of dual eligibles - one of the hypotheses we were researching for the cause in low star ratings.

This Kaiser data places us as slightly below average in the percent of Medicare beneficiaries who are dual eligibles..
