CMS released a new final rule implementing Medicaid Face to Face July 1, 2016.  It could be delayed one year by the legislature (which we need to ask for this year) but it’s coming (unless a GOP president is elected) as it is part of PPACA.  I think we should drop the 5% campaign and ask for 15%.
