Subject: Invitation to provide input for HCBS QI Conference

Dear Kathy,

 

The Continuing Care Administration for Older Adults and Community Supports Administrations are hosting a conference on quality improvement in home and community based services and nursing facilities in June 2016.  Your past partnership with us has been invaluable to the success of this work and we want to continue the relationship.  We invite you or another representative from your organization to partner with us again in helping to plan content for our June conference. It is with the support from organizations like yours that we can help spur innovative ideas and build on the quality improvement efforts that are currently underway.

 

We anticipate that there will be two planning meetings in February and then one meeting per month until the conference in June.  We will hold the first conference call planning meeting on February 5th from 10:30am-11:30.  Please let us Miriam DeVaney know if you or a colleague are interested and can attend.
