We just started gathering information within Accra today. It is hard to predict the effect this may have without knowing what options the UCare recipients will be given.

Will they be auto enrolled into another PMAP or will they have a choice?

Also, has anyone heard why the state decided to terminate their contract with UCare? Is it because they may have been difficult to work with? We certainly have had much worse issues with BC/BS than we have had with UCare.
