I believe we now have enough information to proceed with a conference call tomorrow, although there is one outstanding item.
MCCA has requested a decision so that they can move forward with their lease signing. If you have outstanding questions that may require some follow-up, please contact me prior to the meeting and I’ll do my best to get answers.

You will note that the savings is less than originally anticipated. I’ve identified discussion/action items at the bottom of the proposal document, highlighting what I believe to be the two primary issues: cost and conference room space.
As you read this, you’ll see that there is an expectation for re-visiting the discount rate that is being offered at this time. I have asked for clarification on whether their expectation for “re-visiting” of our full share in 3 years involves
a phase-out of the discount and then providing MCHA with equal access to conference room space and I have not yet received confirmation on this.
