If we want to remove additional, we can as it states ‘will continue.’ I put ‘additional’ into the sentence as consideration for different initiatives than we are currently doing.

We do have initiatives going on – happy to review them with you Katie, if you’d like.

Final confirmation is welcomed. If I don’t hear from the group, I’ll let Andrea finalize it.

Be Well,

I think it looks good as well. I am comfortable with the language as is…but also could support omitting the word additional.

I think it sounds good. Do we already have workforce shortage initiatives (sorry if I should know this! 😉) or do we remove the word “additional?”

Happy Monday!

Below is a draft statement regarding the vaccine. Please reply with your approval or suggestions for consideration. Thanks everyone!

The Minnesota Home Care Association strongly supports Covid vaccination of home care workers to protect our vulnerable patients and to keep our workforce safe and healthy. In representing the home care industry, we will continue to seek additional workforce shortage initiatives that will assist member agencies during this crisis.
