We have discussed the planned Silent Disco entertainment among staff and surveyed the Anniversary Committee. There has been an almost unanimous agreement that we should cancel the Silent Disco since it won’t be considered a ‘safe’ event to host and we are unsure how many will actually stay for it, in light of today’s environment. We plan to play music following the program and people will be welcome to stay and visit.

Please let me know by Monday if you disagree with my plan to cancel the Silent Disco. Otherwise, we will move forward with that decision. There will NOT be a financial penalty to cancel.
