I would agree with this – definitely including language to include if they have been diagnosed, or have symptoms of COVID that they will not attend.

Melissa had one more topic on her list for you today that we missed.
Some organizations are creating COVID liability statements that are included with registration for in-person events? The statements would release MHCA from liability if the attendee contracted COVID or is exposed to COVID at the event and also have the attendee acknowledge that if they have been diagnosed with COVID they will not attend the workshop.
If you agree with this concept we can put together some language for you to review. Some of the samples are very short and others include a bit more.
