Joelle and others,

His response was that he will always be happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis; to do what he can to make the customer satisfied.

Be Well,

My only question – was there an ability to get in lesser quantities?

Subject: PPE Buyers - Please Vote

USE CAUTION - EXTERNAL EMAIL

Thank you for the thoughtful discussion on the PPE buyers program last week. As promised, we are following up with answers to your questions. After reviewing the information, please reply all with “yes” to proceed with this arrangement and “no” to decline the opportunity.  Votes are appreciated by the end of the week.

Website example: New York State Association of Health Care Providers – www.PPE-Buyers.com

Return Policy - As a general policy, orders cannot be returned and to date this has yet to happen.  However, they (American Advertising Specialties) will evaluate requests on a case by case basis.

Order Shipping - Orders leave the warehouses in 2-3 business days and typically ship via UPS Ground Service.  If a customer requests and is willing to pay for expedited shipping (for example overnight or two day service) they can make the necessary arrangements.  Furthermore, if requested AAS will work with their warehouse staff to have the goods leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days at no additional cost.

Vendors - In order to insure adequate inventory to fill every order, AAS utilizes and maintains relationships with primary and secondary vendors for each item offered on the site.

Goggles – one of the states made a request, so AAS will be adding goggles to the website soon.

Masks - In regard to N95 Masks, they only offer NIOSH approved masks from manufacturer’s on the CDC approved list.  If a member has a specific brand they would like to order, they will do their best to accommodate their request and in doing so provide photos, specs, testing data and pricing to approve in advance of the masks being shipped.

Sanitizer - In regard to the three (3) sanitizer products offered, they maintain a relationship with a large U.S. based manufacturer that consistently keeps 500K-1MM of each item in stock. As such, they have never had a need to seek out an alternative supplier.

PDI Wipes - While they do not currently offer PDI Wipes, they are committed to working with us to make sure the product mix meets the needs of the membership.

Medical Grade Items - Thus far, members have not specifically requested medical grade products as they have been satisfied with the quality and pricing of the products offered. Upon request, AAS has provided product specs and documentation to members in advance of them placing an order. Furthermore, should MHCA request they make Medical Grade items available on the site they will do their best to accommodate that request.

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to the results of this vote.
