YourMembership is our database and powers our website. YM has been have significant challenges during the past week and a half. This intermittent issue has been very disruptive to our conference registrations and impacts a great deal of the work we do, including the development and emailing of the Informer. Several IT experts, including Microsoft have been brought in to assist with identifying and fixing the problem but unfortunately the status continues to fluctuate.

We are doing our best to get the Informer out today. If you are having issues or hear from members that are, please have them call us. We will assist with information and resources and are prepared to take paper registrations for the conference. All education calls can be directed to Melissa.

Send good thoughts to the MHCA staff – we had just talked about resilience at last week’s staff meeting and recognize our resilience is wearing down. I always look for silver linings; this week, I am grateful our email system is functioning!!
