Hello all,

 

I met with the Executive Committee today and am sending the following recommendation from them. There are three components to this Annual Meeting recommendation as noted below. We are asking for a vote now due to the venue contracts and will provide additional information at the July meeting.

 

• Transition the 2020 Annual Meeting (November) to virtual.
• Accept the Anniversary Committee’s recommendation to hold an in-person celebration in 2021 (50 years + 1) rather than do a virtual one this year.
• Hold the 2021 Annual Meeting (fall) at the Earle Brown Center and push the Breezy Point venue back to 2022 and 2023.

 

Please reply no later by Tues, July 14 with your vote to accept or not accept this proposal. You could also request an amendment to this motion should you only agree with a portion of it.
