Susan Jirsa, BSN, RN, COS-C, HCS-D, has been practicing in home health since 2009. She has been a leader in both clinical and operational positions for Recover Health since 2010. She is currently the Director of Medicare Education, where she leads a team responsible for ICD-10 coding and OASIS review. She is a driver in Medicare compliance and episode management for Recover Health’s 26 branches. Susan maintains a strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and plays an integral role in Recover Health’s response to COVID-19. Susan is monitoring CMS changes and working towards effective implementation across the organization.
