I gained an idea from CA this afternoon that I thought was wise. They formed a small task force that meets (virtually) and have found it incredibly helpful to ensure all of the issues are being addressed. We recognize that providers are swamped so I’m wondering what your thoughts are about creating a small group to meet virtually once a week with me. My colleague had suggested forming one early – before it’s as bad as CA.

• Do you think it would be valuable?
• Is it too much to ask right now?
• We would want to hand pick members to ensure they can bring applicable knowledge to the table. Do you have ideas on who to ask?
