As mentioned in my ED update last week, the Legislative Team is recommending that MHCA support the PCA Rate Framework - see attached one pager. Future approval will be sought regarding the integrity legislation that the PCA Reform Coalition plans to bring to the legislature.
This would be in addition to our 3 priority issues and in an effort not to utilize Kevin and Anni’s time, Julie Luz and Vickie Gerrits would be named as the MHCA Reps to work on this issue.
