We have not done this in a very long time. When we did do it, it was billed under part b. Essentia does offer outpatient in the home therapy but that is billed under the outpatient therapy department.

We do not either.  Outpatient therapy is billed under Part B.  I would think you would need to have a Medicare B number to bill?   Could be wrong?
