Good morning,

I have not been the homemaking world for 11 years so don’t quote me. I think it’s per your organizational policy because they are not providing hands-on patient care. I think we were supervising our homemakers annually for performance reviews. We were actually supervising them more often in some capacity because they usually worked as an aide, but if they were homemaking only, we were not doing direct supervision every 60-days.

Again, it’s been a minute so don’t quote me….

Have a great day!

Katie

Team, I have a member( Medicare certified agency) reaching out to verify if a client has homemaking only, no hands-on care, how often do they need supervision. Is it every 60 days? Kind Regards, Paulette Duncan, MSN, RN Regulatory Affairs Manager
