Good morning,
I have not been the homemaking world for 11 years so don’t quote me. I think it’s per your organizational policy because they are not providing hands-on patient care. I think we were supervising our homemakers
annually for performance reviews. We were actually supervising them more often in some capacity because they usually worked as an aide, but if they were homemaking only, we were not doing direct supervision every 60-days.
Again, it’s been a minute so don’t quote me….
