Yes, we have used both RN and PT contract staff for admissions.  You just need all your ducks in a row 😊

Is there anything prohibiting a contract nurse or therapist from completing an admission assessment?

My organization has always had an agency employed staff admit patients to service, and only used contract staff for ongoing visits.  I'm wondering if we could use contract staff to complete an admission, if needed.

Thanks
