In everything I’ve watched and read on HHVBP – that’s how I understood it as well. But we are seeing very similar penalties applied to Prime West payments.

We are seeing some of our VBP penalties roll in.
Question for the group – the penalties should only be applied to Medicare FFS claims, correct? Not Medicare Advantage claims?
