You have all taught me so much and I have enjoyed the last 4 years working alongside you. You are an AMAZING group of home care leaders, and your agency & clients (and the association) are blessed to have you.

 

Home care is a small world. This is not a goodbye forever. 😊

Dear MHCA Member,

 

I am writing to share some MHCA staffing news. Two of our esteemed colleagues are moving on to new opportunities.

 

Brianna Lindell has decided to return to an agency position, where she’ll be a compliance manager. I know she was an invaluable resource for members, and she will be greatly missed by all of us! Brianna’s last day with MHCA will be November 15.

 

Lauren (Wallmow) Peterson has taken a position that will allow her to grow professionally. While her experience with MHCA provided her some growth opportunities, she is ready for further development. We greatly appreciated having her on our team! Lauren’s last day with MHCA will be November 13.

 

While there will be a short-term gap while we fill these positions, we are committed to being prudent with your membership dues and ensuring that the needs of MHCA members are met. With that top of mind, we are going to take this time to analyze the needs, required skill set, and consider the optimum staff structure for MHCA.

Lastly, if you know someone with home care regulatory experience that may be interested in either part-time or full-time work, please have them reach out to me. I welcome inquiries as we consider our staffing structure.
