We are looking at revamping our forms that pull to the plan of care.

I have a question on the Functional Status piece. What are others using to meet this requirement? We currently have the old 485 version as it’s Epic’s recommended form.

I’m wondering anyone has broke out of the old 485 era and have something different pulling to their plan of cares.
