We use Epic reports to pull data for the MOE. I’ve asked our data analyst to let me know what reports she uses, and I will share that with you when I hear back from her.

Hi,
Quick question for those of you who also provide Hospice services. Do any of you use EPIC as your EMR?
If so, do you know if EPIC has reports available to facilitate collection of the NHPCO Measures of Excellence (MOE) data that MN Hospice agencies are required to submit quarterly.
