We require the clinician complete the OASIS training course and are doing OASIS competency checks to help ensure competency.

We are looking at outsourcing options vs keeping quality review in house and it sounds like some external 3rd party reviewers make the OASIS changes and alert the clinician
of changes being made with the option to disagree.
