So sorry- I forgot to mention this before we all hung up yesterday.

There is no effective date is the proposed clean up language of the BOR. Anni (our lobbyist) said that when something is not listed, the general date the changes will become effective will be August 1.

We will continue to monitor the status of the bill and let you know if it passes.
