I watched a McBee webinar a while back and they had a great slide that called out the difference between VBP, STAR, and PDGM… and I cannot for the life of me find it!

 

 

 

 

 

We developed a 30min custom course in our learning management platform on the Start Rating, why it is important, a scenario with how you would score each item in relation to the scenario.

 

We do not have a written tool, although I do think one would be beneficial.

 

We don’t have anything official, just touch on it during orientation.

Does anyone have a tool that they use to educate their staff on how the STAR Ratings work? If so, are you willing to share it? There is a lot of information available, but nothing nicely packaged that I could find.
