Hello Medicare Workgroup,

The NGS Provider Outreach, Education & Advisory workgroup has put together a draft ‘Home Health Documentation Checklist’ job aid (attached).  Once finalized, NGS plans to replace the current Home Health ADR Mock Chart Checklist on their website with this new job aid. 

We have an opportunity to provide NGS with feedback on the attached job aid prior to its finalization.  Feedback, such as what to add or remove to make this clear to the provider community, is due by 12/15.

I’m asking each workgroup member to review the attached job aid and send your suggestions/feedback by 12/1. 

All feedback received will be compiled, and then reviewed as a group at our 12/6 workgroup meeting.
