Brianna, can you correct the formatting of the 2 sentences below:

A physical therapist must provide on-site observation of the treatmentand documentation of its appropriateness at least every sixth treatment session.

The skilled professional (MSW) mustperiodically evaluate the effectiveness of the services furnished by the SW Assistant to ensure the patient’s needs are met.
