Nice to hear from you. We get this question often and the board uses the following:
Face to face” is interpreted based upon the Merriam-Webster definition below:

Definition of face-to-face
1: within each other's sight or presence met and talked face-to-face a face-to-face consultation.
Face to face collaboration is defined as indicated above, “within each other’s sight or presence”.
This could be interpreted as video calls or similar chats for supervision where the two parties can see each other.
This would NOT be telephone, email, text, etc.
