Good morning!  I have a few questions on how you are handling the 2021 F2F changes in the Medicare Benefit Policy Manual:

1.  What is your process for a “community” referral (no inpatient stay) when the F2F provider is different than the provider that signs the POC/485?

2.  If the physician in the practice is the person overseeing the NPP that performed the F2F encounter, do you consider this being the same provider since they are in the same practice?
