I reached out to Shelley at NGS and she asked if people have contacted their Provider Contact Center regarding log-in issues. I am still waiting on the fax number.
On the log in page it says this:
If your NGSConnex account has not been used within the last 60 days, the account will be suspended. Once your account has been suspended, you will be required to request
reactivation of your account through the Provider Contact Center. Note: Provider Contact Center telephone numbers can be located on our website under Contact Us, then select Provider Contact Center. To reactivate the account you will need to provide the following:
•NGSConnex User ID
•Associated NPI
•PTAN
•Last five digits of your TIN
If this information is not available or cannot be confirmed, your account will not be reactivated and a new account will need to be created. If you do not access NGSConnex
on a regular basis (i.e., daily, weekly) it might be a good idea to set a reminder on your calendar to log into NGSConnex at least once every 60 days to prevent this from occurring.
