I think audio/visual is preferred but if the patient only has an audio phone – sounds like it can be used.

I have read this a few times and cannot find the exact spot where it states Audio-only telehealth. Can someone point me in that direction? We were dabbling
with trying video but will scrap it if it is truly audio only.
