Thank you Barb! I’m getting a lot of complaints from staff for not adding CBD products to the med list, but I haven’t seen a definite answer that this is ok yet.

We have not been adding them b/c it is not legal at the federal level and with being Medicare certified we have not added them but do make a note of it in the charting. I would also like to know what everyone else is doing?

Just want to check in quick to see if anyone knows what MN’s most recent guidance is on this. Are you adding medical marijuana that is prescribed to patients med lists? What about CBD products? We have not been, but are seeing them more and more in use lately so wondering what the most recent guidance is on this.
