The IDM system is bound by
CMS’ Acceptable Risk Safeguard (ARS) to delete accounts after a period of inactivity.
If you do not log into your account (User ID = LJNV517) before Wednesday, April 22nd ,
2024, your account will be deleted in accordance with ARS policy. Once your account has been deleted, it will be unrecoverable and you will be required to create a new account to regain access to the system. When you recreate your account please note that
you will also need to go through Identity Proofing again, as well as re-request any roles you had.
If you still require access to your account and you are unable to log in, please use the system’s self-service functions to recover your account before it is deleted. Please note that once your account has been deleted, these
recovery mechanisms will no longer work.
