Good morning! I’m wondering if you all can help me with a question on admission documents. Our e-document software has been a pain when it comes to collecting client signatures. Our clinicians have found that having clients sign each page of our admission forms is often frustrating for them (our previous software only required clients to sign once and that signature flowed to all the forms in that packet). I’m wondering if you see any compliance issues with having the clients sign an acknowledgement page, rather than each form individually. Thank you so much for your insight!!
