We currently do not have a tool we are using, this is left up to the therapists discretion.

We are not using a tool to determine a specific number of visits. We continue to allow rehab staff to make clinical decisions based on their assessment and the individual patient.

Hi,
Does anyone have a resource or tool they could share that would be a resource for PTs and OTs when planning the number of visits/frequency for clients based on functional scoring/clinical dx?
For instance, if someone scores a “10” on functional or falls under Musculoskeletal, it is recommended that a PT would do 6 visits. Some sort of tool to guide them on appropriate number of visits.
