Thank you all for your input on the proposed 2024 budget! The revised version is attached, with a net loss of $10,238. Sue will present this to the board December 6^th.

 

As we agreed upon, the following changes have been made:

• Added $3,500  income from MHCF (foundation) for the workforce initiatives done by MHCA
• Propose adding $1,200 to staff travel for Melissa’s 2 trips.
• Brought the Annual Meeting expense down by $7,000 (as identified by Melissa)
• Removed the MAC conference, due to a conflict with the date ($1,375)

Lastly, you’ll notice that I cancelled our ‘if needed’ meeting for this week and gave us all the gift of time!
