First of all, please note that we have set up a listserv email address for the Finance Committee (mostly for me, so I don’t miss Jim again – but you are all free to use it).

I talked with Kevin today. He offered to freeze the rate that was from Sept 2019 @ $6,420 per month. That results in a savings of $1,288 for the 2021 budget. He is also willing to have another discussion with me in March after we have a better understanding of the impact our dues will have on 2021. If we experience a dramatic loss, I believe he is willing to work with us. Does this sound reasonable? If so, I will make the adjustment in the budget we present to the board. Please respond by Monday morning.
