None of our assessments have been on the MNChoices 2.0 (which I believe is CFSS) at this point.  The document looks very different than the one we are used to seeing.  I have only seen one test one come through when I was working with David Vanderbeek a contracted county case manager.

No reductions for any of our recent reassessment clients (6).

Subject: MNChoices 2.0

Hi,

I am reaching out wondering if there are any agencies that have seen a reduction of PCA hours after individuals went through their annual reassessment? We have heard of a few instances of this, starting last week, when counites began using the new MNChoices 2.0 assessment (on April 1).

Thanks!
