Are other agencies having any successes with HHAX? We are finding that payers are loading incorrect patients to our 'offices' location or sending us patients that are just simply not ours? These are not patients needing placement, or doesn't appear to be a
referral.
Or is there anyone here that utilizes the free version of HHAX that could shed some light on a few things? Just wondering how this system is working, or rather not working, for other agencies.
