The assisted living biller, using econnect, was able to get claims through, but has not received payment yet.  I should further note that it was claims for the waiver services, formerly Bridgeview, and not for skilled services.

The assisted living biller, within our system, has also noted to me that claims will not go through in e-connect, which she has used for quite some time to send claims.

Are we supposed to change payer type to Medicaid for our Blue Plus patients with the new JTM and LMN prefix? I am getting an error that they are to be submitted under appropriate Medicaid payer name. Any help?
